Due to the nature of our lash products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges will only be processed for the same product originally ordered.
